I had a very painful and unsuccessful wax removal at my local pharmacy and only wish I had gone straight to them. After a check-up with Harry who gave me lots of advice, a few days later Craig put me at ease and removed the wax so quickly and painlessly even though my ears were still painful from the first removal at the pharmacy. Freddie also took the time to give us advice on hearing tests/aids and was so helpful. If you are considering a visit, don’t hesitate. The pricing was reasonable, the service was quick, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Parking was also very convenient right as you reach the shop on the high street, there’s an alleyway on the left hand side that leads to a car park with very reasonable rates of £1.20 per hour. This place came highly recommended by friends, and it lived up to the praise.
