Meet Our Team

James formed Owen Hearing in 2009 after working for National Companies since qualifying in 1995. He has put customer service as the most important element of Owen Hearing. He splits his time between West Wickham, Crowborough and Sanderstead branches. He is proud to have been involved in Hearing Missions in Developing Countries and, when he has time, enjoys running.

Craig qualified in 1995 and spent many years working with a National Company in Kent. He joined Owen Hearing in 2014 and splits his time between the West Wickham, Crowborough, Cranbrook and Canterbury branches. He is a keen Golfer and is interested in Motorsports.

Paul qualified in 2013 and has worked for several National Companies before joining Owen Hearing in 2018. He is based at the West Wickham branch and has a special interest in promoting good hearing to prevent Cognitive Decline.

Julie joined Owen Hearing after working for many years for a leading hearing aid manufacturer. She qualified as a Hearing Aid Audiologist through the De Montfort University and is passionate about client care and satisfaction. Away from work Julie is learning to play the piano, supporting her husband in his passion for cricket and loves spending time with her family.

Freddie joined Owen Hearing in 2013 and works part time in West Wickham carrying out Front of House duties.

Vero joined Owen Hearing in 2015 and works part time in West Wickham carrying out Front of House duties.

Mira joined Owen Hearing in 2022 and works part time in Crowborough carrying out Front of House duties.

Jane joined Owen Hearing started in January 2023 and works full time at Canterbury.
